Hi Guys, this is Dr. Dhanya Sreenath, a passionate homemaker, having a doctorate in management with 5 years of corporate experience. Always the creative side of a work inspires me which resulted in creating my own blog as I always wanted to use my knowledge of management and passion for research in some platform where I can experiment and at the same time it can be educative to others.

As said in the above quote, build your own dreams, was the first thing my husband told me when I wanted to restart my career, as this time it was more for my inner satisfaction rather than money you earn out it. So a big thank you to the man behind my efforts, my husband, who believed I am unique in some way and is a going to be pillar throughout this journey.
